Singapore Children’s Society: How do you come to know about the 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need initiative?
Kien: Singapore Children’s Society is not new to Mr Bottle’s Kids Party. We have been supporting the beneficiaries for many years by performing for them. So when Singapore Children’s Society approached us for the 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need initiative, it is expected that we support it in other ways.
Singapore Children’s Society: Why are you interested in participating in the 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need initiative?
Kien: Being on the ground performing for children, we have seen very lucky children. We have learnt to appreciate the need to think about the less fortunate as well. Mr Bottle’s Kids Party has always been socially responsible by involving ourselves in different meaningful projects. Last year, we donated to World Vision to help children overseas so when Singapore Children’s Society approached us, it is natural that we want to get involved in the project as well.
Singapore Children’s Society: How will you encourage other companies to participate in the 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need initiative?
Kien: We will be putting up information about the 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need initiative on our Facebook and Blog so that our business partners and clients will get to know about this initiative.
Kien: Being on the ground performing for children, we have seen very lucky children. Hence, we have learnt to appreciate the need to think about the less fortunate as well.
On behalf of our beneficiaries, Singapore Children’s Society would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr Bottle’s Kids Party for supporting our fund raising effort!
